I love my Lotus Elite! I love the QWERTY keyboard and the inside menu. I like that you can sync your e-mail and IM to the messaging tab, making it easier to IM and e-mail. I like the \"apps\". This is the best phone you can get without going \"smart phone\"!

I got this phone because it looked very nice at the store. You really should go to the stores and check out the phones before you buy them. I actually purchased the Old LG Lotus, but LETS TALK doesn't have it up anymore. The "Elite" is about the same, except the old Lotus has a bigger screen.
Pros -
1. Light and handles very well.
2. Good function in calling and texting.
3. Excellent built-in ring tones.
4. The background can be changed on the front and inside the phone.
5. Has a navigation / GPS thing that works well.
6. You can personalize things easily.
7. Plays music and TV with a free online download.
Cons -
1. Browser isn't ideal
2. Battery is ok, but not for texting, games, surfing, or long calls.
3. Only stores up to 600 contacts.
4. No sim-card
5. Needs a lot of extras that are expensive.
As you can see the Pros outweigh the cons. It's a good phone, but I wouldn't buy it for a young person who likes to talk and text. It's a good phone for emergencies, employee and businesses, regular people who just need a cell phone, or those who don't do a lot with a cell phone (like me - not high-tech savvy).

I love this phone, but compared to my old one the key board is too small. But that's just my opinion. Otherwise it's great!

Viewing pages on the internet aren't as easy or clear as I would have liked. And The battery needs to be charged every day. I do however like the style and shape of the phone itself. The only down fall to the size and shape is it is very difficult to find a properly fitting belt case.

The font is way too small & I can't adjust it to make it bigger. Otherwise it is a great phone!

I had the LG Lotus Elite for a couple of days. Activation and set up was easy. Getting used to the "One-Click", however, was a challenge since I'm a former smartphone user. The keys were very easy to use and spaced out well. There were very few missed key errors. The battery life, however, is not the best. LG may want to consider using a trackball instead of the one-click method. I've decided to return the phone and go back to using a smartphone. I'm need a faster processor - I'm just spoiled! Thanks LetsTalk for your patience and working with me to find the phone that gives me what I need. Your customer service is great!
